In 2021, in accordance with the Company's Corporate Governance Best Practice Principles, we established a functional committee under the BOD, named the "Corporate Sustainable Development Committee." Subsequently, we developed the Organizational Regulations of the Corporate Sustainable Development Committee, the Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles, the Sustainability Report Preparation and Reporting Management Guidelines, and the Corporate Sustainable Development Committee Performance Self-assessment Questionnaire.

Sustainable Management Framework

1. Board of Directors
The highest level of sustainable governance within the Company encompasses multiple functional committees and business units that report on various ESG issues at each board meeting. These issues include corporate governance, financial management, industry strategy, greenhouse gas emissions, climate change, ethical corporate management, information security, and employee compensation. -
2. Corporate Sustainable Development Committee
Since its establishment in 2021, the committee has convened once a year. Starting from 2024, to strengthen the operation of sustainability issues, it met twice a year. The content and results of the meetings are reported to the BOD. The content of the 2024 report encompasses the progress of various sustainability projects. -
3. ESG Sustainability Office
In 2024, the "ESG Sustainability Office" was established as the dedicated unit responsible for promoting sustainability issues, directly reporting to the Corporate Sustainable Development Committee. The Chief Governance Officer serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer, and the Executive of the Administration Department serves as the Vice Chief Sustainability Officer. Every six months, the office reports the progress of various sustainability projects and future plans to the Corporate Sustainable Development Committee.
