While pursuing business growth, we are committed to proactively identifying the needs and potential impacts on local communities, promoting inclusive growth, reducing inequality, and fostering harmony with the ecological environment through strategic social investments.
In addition to supporting sporting events, medical foundations, and social welfare organizations, as well as continuing collaborations with the Aaeon Foundation for art exhibitions and donations to Xianse Temple to preserve local cultural heritage, Chicony further expanded its initiatives in 2025 into diverse areas including rural education, ecological conservation, and public- nterest arts and culture. In April 2025, Chicony officially established the “Chicony Volunteer Service Club” to institutionalize social engagement efforts. Through this initiative, Chicony successfully established an integrated public welfare network combining “financial contributions, material donations, and employee volunteer services.” We hope to support diverse social needs through concrete actions, extend care and compassion to every corner of society, and co-create sustainable value with local communities.

The Volunteer Service Club aims to promote systematic volunteer initiatives through organized community service activities, enabling employees to practice the sustainable philosophy of “Taking from society, giving back to society” beyond their daily work, while demonstrating corporate citizenship through concrete actions.
In 2025, the Volunteer Service Club organized three volunteer service initiatives, engaging 45 participant instances and contributing a total of 169 volunteer service hours, demonstrating employees' enthusiasm and commitment to social engagement. Paid Volunteer Leave

Going forward, the Company will continue to encourage employees to dedicate their free time to community service, embedding the spirit of volunteerism into corporate citizenship through institutionalized practices, and working together to build a more socially responsible and sustainable workplace.

Bringing Ocean Stewardship into Everyday Life (Bali North Embankment Beach Cleanup)
On October 3, 2026, the Chicony Volunteer Club invited employees and their families to Bali North Embankment Beach. A total of 35 participants, 16 employees and 19 family members, joined a beach cleanup led by volunteer instructors from The Society of Wilderness (SOW). Through ecological interpretation and hands-on cleanup, they learned about the coastal environment and marine debris, and saw firsthand how closely people and nature are connected. Following the International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) methodology, participants sorted and organized the collected waste, removing approximately 55 kg in total. The experience also made clear that beach cleanups alone cannot solve the marine debris problem. Reducing plastic at the source, preventing littering, and ensuring proper recycling and waste management matter even more in protecting the ocean. Each time we bend down, we take away a piece of trash; by staying involved, we bring back a deeper understanding of the environment. The Chicony Volunteer Club will continue to put environmental education into action, extending sustainability from the shoreline into everyday life and making every volunteer effort a force for environmental change.
