Contributing to Social Well-being
Chicony Electronics upholds the sustainable management philosophy of “Taking from society, giving back to society.” embedding corporate social responsibility as a core element of our organizational culture. While pursuing business growth, we are committed to proactively identifying the needs and potential impacts on local communities, promoting inclusive growth, reducing inequality, and fostering harmony with the ecological environment through strategic social investments.
In addition to supporting sporting events, medical foundations, and social welfare organizations, as well as continuing collaborations with the Aaeon Foundation for art exhibitions and donations to Xianse Temple to preserve local cultural heritage, Chicony further expanded its initiatives in 2025 into diverse areas including rural education, ecological conservation, and public- nterest arts and culture. In April 2025, Chicony officially established the “Chicony Volunteer Service Club” to institutionalize social engagement efforts. Through this initiative, Chicony successfully established an integrated public welfare network combining “financial contributions, material donations, and employee volunteer services.” We hope to support diverse social needs through concrete actions, extend care and compassion to every corner of society, and co-create sustainable value with local communities.

Promotion of Corporate Volunteerism and Social Participation
To encourage employees to transform their professional expertise and passion into meaningful social contributions, we are committed to promoting a bottom-up public welfare participation mechanism. Through structured support systems and employees’ voluntary engagement, we continue to significantly expand its social impact.
CEC Volunteer Service Club
In April 2025, Chicony Electronics officially established the “Chicony Volunteer Service Club,” attracting more than 30 employees to voluntarily join, marking a new milestone in our social engagement efforts. The Volunteer Service Club aims to promote systematic volunteer initiatives through organized community service activities, enabling employees to practice the sustainable philosophy of “Taking from society, giving back to society” beyond their daily work, while demonstrating corporate citizenship through concrete actions.
In 2025, the Volunteer Service Club organized a total of three volunteer service activities, with cumulative participation reaching 45 volunteer attendances and a total contribution of 169 volunteer service hours, reflecting the strong enthusiasm and commitment of Chicony employees toward social engagement.
In 2024, the Company will continue to organize blood donation events, calling on group colleagues and building leasing partners to contribute their blood. We also support the People Caring Club—an internal employee fundraising group—collaborating with external NGOs to jointly create a positive impact on society. The Company not only provides financial support to promote the group's operations but also expands its impact through concrete actions. Dedicated spaces are offered at the HQ building and during the annual Family Day, allowing the People Caring Club to sell fundraising products. This effort brings more resources and care to disadvantaged groups. In 2024, the People Caring Club collaborated with over 10 different NGOs and social welfare organizations to hold more than 30 fundraising sales events. Overseas factories continue to support local community development through material donations and public welfare sponsorship during important festivals.
