CEC is committed to strictly complying with applicable environmental and energy-related laws and regulations, as well as customer requirements related to our activities, products, and services, with the goal of meeting or exceeding relevant standards. We actively support government environmental policies, continue to improve environmental performance and prevent pollution, and are committed to advancing sustainable development. To ensure the effective implementation of our environmental management policy, CEC promotes relevant initiatives through the joint efforts of the ESG Sustainability Office, the Administration Department, and the administrative departments of each manufacturing site. These efforts ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of the environmental management system.

Environmental Expenditure
CEC continues to invest in environmental management. In 2025, our total environmental expenditures amounted to NT$44,518 thousand, a 33% increase from the previous year. These expenditures covered pollution prevention, waste treatment, environmental impact reduction, environmental monitoring, and related activities. Approximately 40% was allocated to environmental impact reduction initiatives, 32% to pollution prevention, 19% to waste treatment, and 8% to consulting, auditing, testing, and verification. These investments support effective environmental management and regulatory compliance.
In addition, we continued to invest in environmental education and training to strengthen employees’ environmental awareness, further enhancing our environmental management performance and supporting sustainable development.
